This trailer is the film trailer of the superhero comedy movie “Super”
Super, is a comedy movie about a loser of a man who has lost everything he cared about and out of a sense of revenge turns himself into a superhero to fight crime and get his vengeance. I have chosen to analyse this trailer because again it is a trailer involving superheros and is revolved around the comedy genre. i think that these kinds of genres will attract more of an audience because audiences these days like comedys of people pretending to be what their not.
There are a variety of shots used in this trailer ranging mostly between mid shots and long shots. these two shots really capture the moment in a film as you get to see detail of the actors themselves aswell as the mise en scene around them.
The lighting again in this trailer is again bright as lighting is in most comedy films. it just seems easier to use a lighter background to show the comedic side of the trailer as everything is brighter and more indulging.
